Best Radiant Tube Heaters are mainly composed of Radiant Tube body, Heat Exchanger and burner. Radiant Heater Tube body is the key component to radiate the heat energy released by fuel combustion to the strip steel. It controls the power, thermal efficiency, temperature distribution of Radiant Tube heating and masters the service life of radiant tube. Ⅰ, U, W type radiant tubes are commonly used equipment, which can avoid the contact between fuel combustion products and workpieces. They are also necessary spare parts for new heat treatment furnaces such as normalizing furnaces in steel rolling mills. The excellent material properties of reaction sintered silicon carbide make it the most ideal flame insulation heat conducting material (within 1380℃) in the steel smelting industry.
